Typical overreaction to a defeat Be nice to have an overreaction to a win for a change, cant see one on the horizon though. Mass overhaul in the quality of personnel required

Can't be too hard to find a manager who likes to attack and can see the blindingly obvious changes that need to be made.

anyone will do as long as he likes his team to play football Well that's a stupid answer, yeah pass it all the way to the Championship If worst came to worst, and we were rock bottom, we would need a very solid, Premier League experienced manager. Or maybe Coates should begin to put pressure on Pulis to change his tactics, evolve as he continually claimed he would.

Would Coates be able to contain his reckless spending? You mean like he's contained Tones He has at least kept his wage cap, and that's where clubs have failed in the past. As I was implying, Pulis' spending has been high for the outcome, but Redknapp is much worse for money. Remember Marcelo Bielsa? Having a tough start with Bilbao, most likely down to the wantaway players like Llorente and Martinez, could he make it in the Premier League? He provides exciting, effective football, but dangerous man-marking. I wonder....

If i was sir peter, i would really be looking at Di Canio, he has done a fantastic job so far at swindon in a short space of time. His team completely impressed me tonight, good footballing side and hard working. With a bit more sharpness in front of goal, we could have lost by 6 or 7 against league 1 opposition. That is down to good tactics and playing FOOTBALL.
