Get your doctor to refer you back to the physio. If you can fit it round your work life and whatever, it will save you lots and they're equally qualified to those in the private sector. If you're not getting better, don't let the cunts discharge you.
I've spent loads over the last 5 or so years (easily into thousands) on private healthcare because the NHS is a useless, shit, inefficient, bloated operation but at least it's free. When you go private, you run the risk of an unscrupulous operator and it's is incredibly expensive. For physio, expect about £40 per half hour session.

I asked someone who goes to one where trainees practice on you while some other guy watches make sure they dont mangle someone ;D £18 a session isnt bad The NHS though proper pissed me off was in there for 10 minutes to tell me nothing has changed keep on with the stretches im 22 i should be able turn my head without pain. was ok till i started this job, now can feel it pulling so got do something about it before it goes completely and i dont get sick pay yet. So £20 a session ill be better off than risking it.

I've had it at the BUPA hospital in Warrington, was fine for me, but that's probably a bit too far for you to go.

They are wank but at least it's free. When they're wank and it's cost you 400 quid to hear "you're a bit of a puzzle" then it starts to grate.
I've been told there's nothing wrong with me despite having to alter my job and lifestyle because of pain. In the end I had an operation, hoping it would improve things and I've got different (worse) symptoms than before.
The most recent one that gave me three sessions at £36 a time foisted acupuncture on my neck pretty much without asking. She told me too relax and turned the lights out but all I could think about was the raping my wallet was taking.
Where's this £20 place. Not the osteopath place in Hartshill?

i have suffered with back and neck pains since 2002, i went see my doctor and he gave me ibuprofen. So I went to a chiropracture at 20 a throw to start and price kept going up, so i went to local sports therapist and he just made it worse.
I went back to the doctors because i couldn't afford to keep paying for physio, got refered and I was given some stretches to do. I was very sceptical but when ever I feel back ache or get a bit of a stiff neck I do my exercises and next day am fine.
I have been pain free for 12 months, my advice would go back and get a second opinion, if it still doesn't get better go back and get a third.

After hip replacement last year I had 6 weeks of daily physio with Nuffield Health. All I can say is that, in addition to the astounding skill of the surgeon, the physio ensured my complete return to full fitness. Cannot fault them.

You may just have a weak spot somewhere in your body, the thing with backs is they compensate so it could be almost anywhere in your body

Fuck the NHS off, worth paying, the waiting list for physio with the NHS was so long they wanted to give me cortisone as opposed to just actually getting the problem fixed. Went private to a chiropractor and the issue was solved after about 160 quids worth, worth every penny.
