I'm just wondering whether there is a chance this game will be moved to a different day, or whether it will definitely be played on the scheduled day of Sat 22nd Sept?
I'm looking at booking my train journey in advance because it's slightly cheaper, but obviously I don't want to do so and then find the game has been moved. I'm just wondering whether their Champions League commitments may result in it being moved? I've noticed the ticket info is now on the official site ( scandalous prices again!! ) and they've still got it down as Sat 22nd Sept, 3pm at the moment, so I'm hoping it'll stay the same.

Just bought my ticket now. Anybody know how many we've sold so far? Cautiously optimistic of 3 points. ;D

Those prices are just an absolute outrage. No one should even consider it. I know we all support our team no matter what, but that is just ridiculous.

I think they are the same as last year price wise. Mind, when we entered the ground and showed our tickets for our seats, the stewards replied, sit anywhere you like ;D
Tis crazy money now - but dont we charge similar for grade A tickets or whatever that is?

There's really no need for Stoke to rape its own (non-ST) fanbase when there's so much money coming in from Sky.
I thought we might be a bit different once established but, inevitably, greed has raised its ugly head in the boardroom...

I didn't know we were fleecing people in such a fashion Might be worth adding to this thread oatcakefanzine.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=Potters&action=display&thread=199270

There's a couple of rows available in the lower tier but I'd prefer to be higher up if poss... SCFC direct doesn't show all of the tickets. Only a few rows at a time are released on there, as it isn't synchronised to the ticket office. Reduces the risk of selling someone by phone/person the same ticket that someone is trying to buy online. Only ever sat in the Upper tier - great view.

Yeah, I know, but last time I phoned the TO to order away tickets we got stuck in a crappy corner despite me asking for 'somewhere central'. At least with scfcdirect you can assure a decent position. The 2 remaining upper tier tickets aren't together so I'll just have to wait until they're sold and another row added (hopefully)...

ruts66 it will be sit where you want, like every away match should be. Even between upper/lower tiers? Have to confess I've only ever been in the home areas at the Bridge before on my mate's CFC ST but he hasn't renewed after being laid off...

The swansea match for me and therefore for stoke on Trent families travelling to away matches. The prices are getting stupid Match Tickets £27x3 people = £81 Trains galore ( return ) x 3 due to engineering works = £231 Plus Accommodation for the night and food £400 ok a weekend away and a match, I choose to live where I do. I dont drive, but it mounts up for us all to travel to see our lads.

I went for the lower tier how are the numbers looking there?

I went for the lower tier how are the numbers looking there? Rows 7 and 12 currently on sale on scfcdirect - it's hard to tell how many we've sold altogether because the club doesn't list all available tickets at once. I'm still waiting for more upper tier seats to come on...

I sat the lower tier when we lost 2-1, the first season in Prem. The view wasn't great, we were virtually standing on the corner flag. So every visit since we have gone top tier. We haven't take a good following there since the FA Cup match.

It's only £7 dearer than the return fixture at Stoke for non ST holders... I was completely oblivious to what we charge to be honest, due to not paying attention once I've got my season ticket. But a ticket in the boothen surely isn't that much? I've been in the lower at Chelsea and the view was poor, just think its scandalous to charge nearly £50 for it.
