Having read some of the laughable and pathetic comments in the run up to the new season, I would like to wish all the players, management team, everybody at the club and all our supporters the very best of luck for this season.
As a supporter of 40 years I am still enjoying our recent success, love match days and am delighted to see the ground full and the club's growing profile. I for one will be eternally grateful to Tony Pulis and Peter Coates for making the seemingly impossibe happen.
We've got a really tough start, and whatever points we can get before the end of October will be hard won. We may be down near the bottom of the league for a while, but I am confident that we will be fine again with a decent mid table finish.
Some of you need to cheer up a bit. You're all entitled to your opinions, but we all know there have been many worse times to be a Stoke supporter.
It's a bit of a cliche, but let's all get behind the lads and Come On Stoke!

Well said mate, our club is on the map and when you look at our new state of the art training ground and highest possible rated youth setup, then you can only say thank you to Mr. Coates for providing the financial backing, and Pulis for providing the results to maintain and warrant that level of investment. Here's hoping for another good season and maybe even a shot at some silverware!

Im hoping we are the loudest this year, the atmosphere first couple seasons up were ace and I think it went a long way to spurring the team on. I always come away from The Brit without my voice.

Was not as bothered so far this summer, probably due to the Olympics and the end of last season. Maybe just a tad punch drunk?
Anyways, 150 years this season, Reading plugged in to the Sat Nav, car full in the morning. Cant bloody wait
Gooooooaaaaaarrrrrnnnnn Stoke!

I only wish the manager exhibited the positivity and enthusiasm of the OP. Just hearing him with his downbeat voice spouting underdog cliches on P&G makes me gloomy.

There's going to be ups and there's most definitely going to be downs but watching those boys in red and white grace the Premier League again is something I will never tire of doing.
Goarn Stoke.
And we'll be with you...
