Just got the email about silver membership. It says that you get 2 tickets to a game for £5.
Does anyone know if these £5 tickets have to be used at a specific game or can you use them for any game?
Cheers

I'd imagine they exclude the A Category games.
More than likely be selected games, like Wigan, Southampton, Reading etc

Specific games, think it was QPR or Blackburn last year

Cheers fellas. I take it you're silver members then? Can you normally get decent seats together when buying as a silver member. As a 4/5 games a season man it's annoying always ending up with the dregs at the front of the south stand.

Don't be fooled - the key word is "Can" get tickets, doesn't mean you will. Despite being a Silver member, I didn't even know about the 1st £5 game last year until it was too late to get a ticket and again I never got the promised communication about the second one. I know people who did, but there were no tickets left when they tried to buy anyway

Nottingham - how about other games. Are there usually decent numbers of seats available together after the plat and gold members have finished? That's the main reason I'd pay for it.

Last season I got 2 tickets for £10 for the Sunderland game. You don't get to choose the game but still good value. As it happened I'd already booked tickets for that game but they refunded the difference and I kept the same seats which was a bonus.

Also you can only book one ticket per silver member before general sale, so if there are a group of you then you all need silver membership to be able to get tickets before general sale.

my silver membership match last year was sunderland, the only match offered to me. From Devon to stoke ,return, in the snow. A good offer isnt it, very good value. sadly the weather and score cannot be predicted.

I was offered £5 tickets for a match I couldn't make so they offered me different tickets when I explained. I also ended up going to the Sunderland match and it took 10 hours to get back to Basingstoke! D'oh!

I can only attend around 5 home/5away a season. last season me+my old man really struggled to get 2 seats together, is getting 2 seats together a thing off the past now? we don't have any membership as silver @£25 is on average putting £5 per game on each home ticket. If we both get silver would we be able get 2 seats together as that would make the membership more worthwhile or is it no chance even with silver?

They normally send you a letter giving you a certain game you can go for a fiver.

Last season I paid £10 for 2 x Sunderland tickets but decided not to travel from Surrey due to the forecast of snow later in the day. Annoying 'cause it was clear as a bell down here.
Anyway, glad I didn't go as I know folks who took 10 hours to get back to London.
I sent the unused tickets back to Josh Whittaker (TO Manager) hoping for a voucher for another game but never got a reply.
Even with Silver Membership you are pretty much restricted to The South Stand or Block 10 (West Stand) if you want seats together higher than row 12 (exit level to concourses)...
Good value if you can make the nominated "2 for a tenner" game at home and, like me, you want priority ahead of general sale on away games...

You can always get 2 tickets together in south stand when they move the netting due to away teams taking smaller allocation

I've never struggled to get 2 seats together, through general sale. Q railing or seddon always have spaces.
