You're shit lad, credit where it's due... You're a cock. Who takes pride in losing? I mean seriously, be honest what does a cup final count for. Southampton, Millwall, Cardiff, West Ham off the top of my head. They're all shit. Why are you so rude to everyone?

Stop talking about losing a cup final as being a major achievement ffs. Sound like fucking Cardiff. The only consequence was qualifying for the 'europe' We know how that ended. The chance to see stoke play in an FA cup final will stay with me forever ,I did have tears in my eyes during abide with me and was so proud despite the poor result that day I take more pride in the Leicester game, the most important game in our modern history.

Had we won, it would have meant the world, we lost. Do I have to explain the difference in winning & losing to you, I thought that was a concept everyone was familiar with??

didnt we get promoted by finishing 2nd? By your logic that means nothing unless we win the league, its not much different to qualifying for Europe by losing the FA cup final.
And we drew against a shit Leicester side who were relegated
So why did you celebrate that day?

These are the sort of threads that make me very depressed at times to call myself a Stoke supporter. Grow up for fuck's sake. no offence mate but if you're expecting question time and appear to object to a bit of banter then you may not enjoy this board too much! if, however you do want to give it a crack then you may want to accept the board for what it is rather than tell people how they should and shouldn't behave when you've only just joined eh have a look around the rest of the threads, there is always some good, well thought out, reasoned debate which tends to degenerate into people pissing about....it's called having a laugh!

What an incredibly sad state of affairs and a lesson to all football fans of clubs that long to get to the Premier League. A once-proud club like Stoke spent more than a quarter of a century scraping around the lesser divisions of English football and inflicting some truly dreadful years on a dwindling but proud and loyal core of support. Finally, fate conspires to deliver a Chairman with a vision and a manager able to fulfil that dream and take us all back where we longed to be for almost 3 decades and most of us never believed we would ever live to see it. And look what it brings along with it! I can't remember a time when our support was so split and that is just unbelievable given our dreadful past. I find it utterly depressing that so many on here want to wallow in their own misery at the sad state of our club???????? I'm sorry but I'm beginning to believe that some people simply don't deserve success.
Sorry.

I hate it when people make judgement calls like that. Not going to jump on the bandwagon and call you a cunt either. That's just childish. ... You frozen Poopsicle.

There's far too much abuse on this board towards fellow Potters. After all, we all want what's best for the club.

Just so happens that them and a handful of others want to be that fruitloop element. They're nothing but a bad joke. The majority of people are realistic, overjoyed at the progress we've made but tempered by a desire to have a bit more entertainment value next season.
