Love or hate Gorgeous George he was spot on about it being a rejection of all three main parties. Politicians in Westminster talking about fucking Pasties whilst George was on the street talking about millionaires sending poor peoples children to be slain in illegal and fuckwitted conflicts. Go on George. What a load of bollocks... poor peoples children... were they conscripted?or did they join the army so they can march up and down a parade ground... Fuck off George.

Yes mumf when we inevitably start slaughtering Iranian civilians and sending poor British teenagers to a certain death, solely to ensure that rich people can remain rich, it will be Galloway's fault. 18,000 people have decided that we are in fact a disgusting country and they've had enough. I don't support the war in Afghanistan or Iraq... never have done, even when the army first went into those countries... I can't see how it keeps rich people rich... do you mean EVERY rich person in the country? is Simon Cowell included or say... Cliff Richard... if the war stops would they become poor?... like you. "18,000 people have decided we're a disgusting country"... funny how we attract so many fucking immigrants and useless asylum seekers, numbering hundreds of thousands... we can't be that much of a disgusting country can we.

George Galloway is like my arse small and pert best kept quiet and covered up

Yeah brilliant. Just what an already troubled area needs. I hope galloway is still around when all his hype and shit stirring cause another round of riots. The guy is a self important prick and he can fuck off if he thinks we are going to let him ruin any more of this area by handing even more free reign over to uncontrolled gangs and stone age dwelling, racist women haters.

Just to point out that The Telegraph is a right wing Conservative supporting paper owned by Tax exile billionaire twins who are major sponsors of that party. Amazing how much money 'non doms' give to the Tory party to influence our country !

Victor Momo... with your (usually) impeccable Socialist principles, I'm amazed that you deem fit to ally yourself with the odious creature that is Galloway. He's a self-serving traitor; opportunist racist; egotistical to the point of madness, and I agree with mumf that he should be put up against a wall and shot.

Yeahhhh... I just love the man for fawning over Saddam and saying "Sir, I salute your courage, your strength, your indefatigability." What was that about? Gassing the Kurds? Or maybe that didn't take place either and I've only read it in he Telegraph and Mail. OS.

Not a comment on Galloway, but the way folk on here cling desperately to their political party affiliations is depressing to see and an insight into the reason things will never, ever, ever change.
They're run by the same "machine."

You only have to listen to his full testament to realise that the true ‘odious creatures, ‘self-serving traitors’ opportunist racists and ‘egotistical maniacs’ were Tony Blair a fucking LABOUR Prime Minister and the retarded George Bush. Both multi millionaires, one perversely now a middle east peace envoy the other an oil baron living of the wealth of the people he represented in invading Iraq. What a fucking sick world. I’ll sit on George’s side of that fence every day of the week.

Beneath the pink leotard Galloway is about as liberal as Hamas.
Oddly for someone who proclaims himself to be further left than a fish fork, Galloway did not take the opportunity to condemn discrimination against homosexuals, or demand an end to forced marriages and honour killings, and insist women had an absolutely equal role to play in the workforce.
Instead he bandied about the word "Zionist" at every possible opportunity, these days most things he doesn't like can be described as Zionist. It is a word fundamentalist Muslims use interchangeably with "Jew".
Not much at all was said about the things that would interest voters in most constituencies like the NHS, jobs, strikes and so on. Instead it was an adolescent, catch-all condemnation of how evil capitalism is from an Islamo-Stalinist self-publicist.

Galloway met Saddam twice, once to discuss getting aid to those suffering from western sanctions and once to ask him to let weapons investigators in an attempt to avert the slaughtering of innocent Iraquis via an illegal conflict. Donals Rumsfold (and British and American arms dealers) met Saddam twice to seel him weapons and nerve gas. Again a side of the fence I'm more than happy to sit on

Anybody would think I'm writing on this thread to justify the many wrongs done by others, but nothing could be further from the truth. I know who sold the gas; I know who armed various factions including Saddam when it suited, but quoting wrongs by others is no excuse for what this vile, odious man stands for: self-aggrandisement and using racial hatred to further his own ends. There's no limit to the methods he'll use to justify his madness. And he is mad. Make no mistake about it. A woman scorned has nothing on this madman who's ego was shattered when he was thrown out of the Labour Party. It wouldn't have mattered what his political allegiance was; he's so psychologically flawed that he would be another Adolph Hitler if he had a brain like him. For God's sake bash the wrongdoers as much as you want, but don't use them to give this man any credence.
As for his alleged meaning of his vile words to Saddam, there's not a chance in Hell that he can sidestep the error that has come to haunt him. It was his biggest mistake, and he knows it.

i hate that pompous oaf george i love myself galloway, had he been to bradford before the by-election campaigning began? i very much doubt it. i have been to bradford many times and we [white caucasion]are the minority so anyone slagging off the war in afghanistan was allways going to do well. this is the man who visited saddam hussein and shook his hand and congratulated him on doing such a good job. he should be tried for treason

Yes if we could all behave with the propriety of Tory politicians, the world would really be a nicer place wouldn’t. Ask Boris six mistresses Johnson for details.

Yes if we could all behave with the propriety of Tory politicians, the world would really be a nicer place wouldn’t. Ask Boris six mistresses Johnson for details. Perhaps if Mr Galloway was more transparent with his personal life and answer why he chooses to commute from southern europe to his constituencies then this might give more credence to your point. Perhaps if you could answer why he chooses to distance himself from the Muslim vote as a reason for him winning in Bradford. His primary argument being that he doesn't drink , whereas the resident Labour Muslim candidate apparently does (or so he claims) in addition to his point that the Bradford public have lost all faith in the three main parties rhetoric and therefore prefer him to represent them in Westminster. If nothing else it provides clear evidence of the ethnic voters lack of faith in the British constitution and British politics and foreign policy in general. Their allegience is purely to Galloway and his historic treachery... There are many of examples of this , but as long as it pays his mortgage, then he seems happy to continue treading the boards. Bradford today ....Birmingham tomorrow (if he loses his seat) but given the race vote the likihood of this happening soon highly unlikely. Galloways politics is a simple game of 'smoke and mirrors'. He is the ultimate chameleon and is capable of moulding his politics to suit the requirement. He will forever be immortalised on 'Big Brother' and some may argue that this is where he firmly belongs... I would suggest Iraq, Iran , Islamabad , or Afghanistan , but I doubt if they would have the same long term appeal for George. George Galloway is a legend in his own mind.
