Thursday evening and no matchday thread? Come come Stokies lets be having your predictions and team selections I actually think we will break the Wigan hoodoo and get a win this weekend. We have picked up quite well recently and I expect the good form to carry on with a 1-0 drubbing ;D ;D For me; Bego Wilko Ryan Hoof Wilson Ethers Whelan Whitehead Pennant Crouch Walters way to go TP, just do it!!

Huth's doubtful with a thigh strain, according to Radio Stoke.
So maybe Upson?

Wigan fans are confident after beating l'pool, surely they can't win two in a row so 0-2 to us.

Think they will beat us quite comfortably

Think they will beat us quite comfortably If we play like we have against Man City, Spurs and Liverpool, then we should wipe the floor with these pie eating wasters. I'm just hoping that Pulis keeps the shackles off and we're allowed to have a go at them.

i'll go for another draw, they will shut up shop as they need the point, i also think fuller has had his chances and should be off loaded like the likes of Tunny etc, i love him but enough is enough.

I cant see stoke not gaining any points. so my usual optismistic guess is 2-1 stoke city.

They haven't won at home since the 27th of August and we all know what happens when Stoke roll into town against records like that.

Can see the Latics recording another positive result against us.
Stoke have been great recently but we do tend to codge it up against the crapper sides.
Whether it's in the prem, championship or league 1. I remember when we were going for promotion - Pulis's 1st season back I think? Southend arrived at the Brit fighting relegation and picked up the 3 pts - always seems to be the Stoke way!!
Wigan 2-1 Stoke - bastards ???

i've got a bad feeling about this' wigan-2 stoke-1

so we all know that wigan isn't one of our strongest grounds to visit in the prem ( well tbh neither are all the rest ) i think that the game will be quite close and that who ever gets the first goal will go on and win the game. i perdict a 1-0 win for stoke

Would settle for a draw but as stated above if TP goes for it and we play as well as the last few weeks then we'll dick 'em. (That last home win stat is worrying)

I played Wigan on Football Manager last week and lost 0-2.
At that point I came to the realisation that TP's job is harder than first thought.

Got a hunch that it could be 2-0 to them.
Really depends on how Tone approaches the game. I'd like to see him continue as we have the past few games.

We should be targeting a win but Wigan seem to be a bit of a bogey side for us in the premiership so I'll be content with a draw. 1-1
