The worry is he was only down for 4 minutes , muamba was a lot longer he's gonna be very very lucky if he's got no brain damage but time will tell when they try to wake him up

Good on Clarkey whatever comes next, what a top bloke he is.

ive mentioned my mate who goes to spurs regulary before and i had my regular monday morning call today and he was in shock talking to me still very upset
he told me he was sitting at the front not far from the incident and said it was the worse thing he ever saw at football:- defib, shaking legs and all that.
the worry he said was that he was out for a while so indeed there may be a brain injury but the crowd were impeccable as was the ref.

Can't believe it took 2 hours to get him breathing again, it will be a miracle if he there is no permanent damage

I'm a first responder. We are now taught not to worry about the breathing and just get chest comps going ASAP the body carrys enough oxygen for at least 3 mins, he got pure oxygen immediatley as well as chest comps, I think if his heart recovers from the massive trauma, he'll be fine brain damage wise.
