On the ground, and has been for a while. Looks very bad. Paramedics from both teams have been rushed on for him, and apparently trying to revive him. Players from both teams upset and some crying.
Hope he's okay.

My old man has just rang me and told me, sounds horrific, reckon it may get abandoned as players have gone off and are all very upset, trying to resuscitate him. Good god I hope he's ok.

You get taught that as basics that if a player drops down when there is nowhere near him then you are in trouble. Nailed on heart problem with that type of incident. Pray to god he is ok.

ESPN's reporter in the White Hart Lane tunnel says Fabrice Muamba was not breathing when the Bolton midfielder was carried past him. Medical staff were still attempting to resuscitate him and a defibillator had been used.

shocking looks like a heart attack how on earth can a fit young footballer with all the health checks they have suddenly just collapse like that? i am a 50 year old man and i have tears in my eyes. hoping he pulls through but it doesnt look good. 23 years old
