I don't give shitty jobs. If a good man comes to me and says, 'Thank you, David, for the opportunity and continued support in the work-related arena, but I've done that, I wanna better myself, I want to move on', then I can make that dream come true too, a.k.a, for you.
"We need an experienced manager, no time for novices... which is why we have appointed a man who has never managed a football club before".
Great appointment for Connor, if he keeps them up hes a hero, if they go down then the fans will (quite rightly) blame the owners/McCarthy's transfer policy.
Actually, scrap that. Its impossible for a manager to be a hero these days without winning trophies playing attacking football (Alex Ferguson) or by replacing a deeply unpopular manager and taking charge at a time when the club cannot sink any further (Micky Adams). Connor will probably get replaced even if keeps them up, they'll go out and try get Sven or someone else who is a shit manager but has a big profile.

No one with any experience or nous wanted the job. They thought there would be a queue round the block and there wasnt. I cant see why they think TC can save them as he was part of the problem in the first place. They may has well kept Mick on. Epic Fail by Moxey and Morgan and its hello championship.

LOL at Wolves.......brilliant from Moxey.
Fire the manager, get turned down by 3 people (having asked one of them twice) and then appoint the assistant as caretaker until the end of the season.
Remember him having a good game up front for Leeds at The Vic in the late 80's, did he score against us? we lost 3-2 with Dave Bamber getting our goals!
Arguabl the most embarassing decision ever .............. and i can't stop laughing .............. nobody else wanted the job except Steve Bruce and after looking at the reaction on their message boards they quickly did a u turn and ruled him out. They might as well have kept Mad Mick. Where else in this industry would a number 2 not only not lose his job but get a promotion. Wolves fans not happy as they saw him as apart of the problem in the first place. Could be a left field masterstroke but i doubt it. Hopefuly the final nail in their relegation coffin.
