Pulis doesn't seem to know our best team. The starting 11 chops and changes from week to week. He's coming across as indecisive and a little bit clueless.

What i'd like to know is what do the assistants do with regard to team selection? I can't understand the bizarreness of the squads changing every week. Consistency is key.
Are they just yes men?
If none could see the flaws with the starting line up today ( in what was an important & winnable game after last weekends damp squib ) then there should be some worry in the camp.
We have some really good players . . . the majority of which play only bit parts when it is too late. It's not even the results that have pissed me off as much as the performances.
I'd just like to know why none of the management team see fit to play Ethers-Pennant-Fuller-Crouch at the same time?
The final 20 mins today should have been the tempo set at the start.

Of course they are just yes men. Can you imagine somebody so arrogant and stubborn as Pulis listening to advice from anybody other than himself?
He's said in an interview in the past, it was probably in his first spell, that he will only sign a player if he's been watched by himself or Lindsay Parsons. Maybe that's why we never sign anybody from overseas?
He's not got one iota on what the best 11 is, and it took him until March last season to figure it out. Has a few weeks off in the summer and goes shopping in Harvey Nichols and his memory is completely erased. It really is quite unbelievable that the guy cannot see the problems that the continuous negative tactics/philosophy/selections cause the team.
