I fancy a (dull) win at Fulham
2 average sides with nothing to play for in the league (from a sporting point of view). I do understand that you get more money per league placing but as I say the mind-set of both sets of players will be unfocussed as no relegation to worry about & no prospect of European qualification.
Lots of teams struggling at home this season & Fulham have sold their best striker
1.0 Stoke
not sure what side we will put out with the Valencia game coming up the following Thursday.

Can't say I'm going into this game buzzing with confidence. ??? On the positive side, we've done better away from home this season than in previous seasons. Less favourably, we look dreadful at the moment - no creativity, no pace, players out of form and players out of position.
Fulham may be going through a bad run, like us, but they have beaten Arsenal and Newcastle in the past month at home. Sadly, I cannot see past a defeat.

just seen Foy is the ref which means line up's & perfomances by either side are irrelevant
if it doesnt get Foy'd up then I do think this seasons theme of poor home form in the Prem will continue.
1.0 Stoke

"nothing to play for"
I know what you mean but I think you will have a hard time convincing a few folks on here about that! I just got back from a weeks skiing during which we lost the Man United and Sunderland games and it looks like World War 3 has broken out on here.
I even read "Pulis out" a few times...LOL ;D

I predict I'll be bloody freezing by the end by the end! Just checked and it's freezing all day with wind coming from off the river - never known the place other than freezing or damp. And that 'temporary' stand doesn't stop any cold wind.

A draw would be fantastic but I have this down as a home banker win.

2 average sides with nothing to play for in the league If we lose this and don't get much from Swansea & Norwich at home after this game, then the nothing to play for comment may be a little premature. After that, it is Chelsea & Spurs away followed by Man City at home. Interesting to say the least.

If we play two wingers, have an extra player in midfield and have pace (Jerome) up front to take some pressure of our defence who knows.
-----------Sorensen Wilko------Shawcross---------Upson-------Wilson
Pennant-----Palacios----Whelan----Whitehead-----Etherington
---------------------------------Jerome
Bench - Fuller, Bego, Jones, Crouch, Walters, Shotton, Delap

Sorenson Wilko Shawcross Upson Wilson Pennant Whitehead Palacios Etherington Crouch Jerome Subs Begovic Shotton Woodgate Delap Fuller Walters Jones Works for me, but I'd swap Deano for Whelan and Fuller for Jerome.
