of course, i remember now. Credit to the groundstaff down the Brit, it was cold but all surrounding areas up to the concourse were perfectly passable. Took me days to thaw out though

nah.....we'd have bloody Greenpeace on our case then...another organisation that would hate us...Stoke City would be directly responsible for shrinking the polar ice caps...causing the death of all polar bears and widespread flooding in East Anglia Very good point. Maybe a few we will have a few lumbering Polar bears in the crowd (team?) today as they will feel at home! We'll have our own lumbering polar bear if KJ is on!

It's coming down quite heavily in Cumbria now, just about to set off to the game. Hope it's not a wasted journey!

Joe, i've just got back in and it is indeed very, very cold out today around ST4.The worrying thing is the weather forecast i've just listened to.They are forecasting snow.No chance will it be called off but it could create problems for fans trying to get to the game.Hopefully it won't get anywhere near the York City FA Cup game a few years back. That was bad and then just to make it worse they postpone the match by half a hour! The coldest match ever at the Brit!

Not a chance it will get called off, Fulham the other year was horrid and that went ahead! Weren't we on Sky though...they'd have shovelled the snow themselves before postponing it At first we were not going be on Sky until all the games that night where called off, apart from Stoke so Sky switched the game over to a Sky TV game.

It's colder outside today than it's been all week. -2 outside my house. However, there's no snow and it isn't due to snow until at least 3.

It's slightly warming up and I suspect that is the precursor to snowfall.

Its Snowing? Must be Pulis' fault. Pulis out! Or moved ''upstairs'' so that Rafa Benitez/MON/other fictious characters can come in and stop the snow.
