Sorry PL - I cant agree with you. This process resulted in lots of extra frustration and worry for people that had made travel arrangements, and were left in an uncertain state for a long period of time before the actual situation was communicated. If you live remotely, like I do, the methods that the club put in place in these situations are never going to be adequate, so that is further stress also. I just think that the two clubs should have had a better process for resolving this and making it easier for the fans that wanted to travel to be able to make arrangements without all this hassle. I am only suggesting that whoever estimated that we would only need 2300 is big enough to say they were wrong (even if we cant agree that they were hopeless) ! Bristol, Man Utd were given 2300 allocation and they are a zillion times bigger than us. Chelsea were allocated 2300 and they are a million times bigger than us. Rangers were allocated 2300 and they used to be bigger than us. Valencia allocated the same to us, a much smaller club. Our club asked for more and were denied. Many people have made up stories that we were offered 7000, 9000 etc and I think you'll find it's utter bollocks. Valeencia for whatever reason then delayed giving the tickets to Stoke so they can't distribute something they don't have in their possession can they. At the end of the day we'll all get a ticket at a very reasonable price without any stress or hassel. I really can't understand the constant whinging and whining that goes on. Have people got nothing better to do. Come on the Paul Spencer, I'm awaiting your retort. If I'm honest, I don't see anything there that's worthy of a retort. What I will say though is, that you don't know with any certainity what the real story was or indeed is, with regard to the ticket distribution. Of that I'm sure.

You use what ever criteria you like fella but you still don't know with any certainty.
All I've ever done, is ask questions (because I admit that I don't know).
I wouldn't dream of telling people on here they were wrong about how the tickets have been distributed, unless I was 100% sure of my facts.

Don't understand why people are asking pointless questions about allocations everyone can get a ticket I'm personally treating it as an adventure, a bit of an escapade visiting Madrid an Valencia with my mates an watchin stoke in Europe im a grada da la mar 😁

It was obvious demand would be high, we can get huge followings on special occasions, which this is a special occasion. A european trip, only just over 2 and half hours trip away on a plane, playing champions league knockouts, Valencia.
If stoke were offered 9000, they were never going to take that, plus they will have known Valencia dont mind us in the home end, so why risk it?

Ironically Valencia could actually have made alot more money out of the fixture by charging their own fans (rather than providing free tickets for all members) and relocating those people who wished to attend (clearly alot less than the offical capacity) from the 'away end' and selling many more tickets to Stokies.
They have the benefit now that Stokies ARE making up / taking up the slack of empty spaces but it could have been so much easier for then just to give us 7000 and have done with.
On that basis, I dont totally blame Stoke for the situation, moreso Valencia for the short sighted parochial approach to this match.

Quick question, how long after people booked tickets did the money go out of their account? Has only been a few days so I'm sure I'm needlessly worrying.

Mine came out the next day. If you want to confirm that you've got tickets, got to: tinyurl.com/76y4cp5and put your card details with which you paid into the box. It will confirm how many tickets and for where, you have reserved.

About another 170 have purchased in the Grada de le Mar since more were made available. Down from 880 to around 710.
I make that around 500/600 in total.

Morning all. To make my night even worse last night I found out that the person in charge of booking our tickets online through servicaixa has only gone and bought tickets in Block 10, which is supposedly their "Ultras" home end!
Has anybody attempted to change their tickets, or know how we can go about moving them?
Cheers.
