Does anyone know the procedure with this?
5 of us booked up with flights all of us are gold memebers apart from one. Nomrlayy we jusy borrow someones details who has gold but with you having to fill in a form with the flight details is that an option?
What is the clubs procedure with this sort of thing? have we got to wait till general sale and risk losing out?

wait till general sale? if this is the case there could be a lot of us who have already booked up missing out and just hanging around valencia or in with the spanish. 3 out of 5 of us are not season ticket holders due to work commitments.

This seems a little crazy to me.
Might just try and use someones elses details. Ill doubt the flight details will even be checked.

3 out of the 6 of us who are going haven't got season tickets. Shouldn't worry too much mar mate, there'll probably be quite a few going who won't even bother with getting tickets anyway

I think safest thing is for the 4 of us to get tickets on the gold day and then when its general sale bring all our details and try to get them to move our seats next to our mate

Plenty on tbe day from people around the ground in the away end just like the other fixtures. Just get him on a flight regardless. Most likely cheaper than what Stoke and dodgy UEFA are charging.

Just dont fill in someone elses details mate because they match them to your passport number

Although it's not strictly playing ball - I don't think it's an issue to use somebody else's details.
As an example - I fill in a form, intending to go and then find out for some reason that I can't.
I then sell my ticket to somebody else who hasn't filled in a form.
SCFC have got my details and not the details of the person who actually ends up travelling.
The club have got to adhere to the rules they're given when it comes to selling the tickets but in reality, unless the person sitting in your specific seat gets into trouble with the law in the ground - when will it actually become an issue as to who has used the ticket?
I'm not aware of anybody having to produce their passport when entering the ground at any of the other away legs and even if they did, what system would be in place that could match the ticket to that passport?

Get a seperate flight, make the way to the ground and grab a touted ticket. Cheap as chips.

Spence Isn't the issue that the form has to match the person that buys the ticket though? The form will have the specific passport and flight details on. As a made up example and just say the following was to happen... Me and RAF went on a gay Valencia trip with me being Plat Plus man and RAF just being a non Plat Plus halfarsed Stoke supporter. I could have got him a ticket on my wife's plat plus but she isn't booked on a flight...my gay brown wings lover would have to wait for just his lowly status to be called out wouldn't he?

You have to provide the person flights details and hotel booking info
So the season ticket holder(not attending) will have to prove they are on the flight?
more to the point
Chelsea got 2400ish when they played them. Stoke haven't taken more than 800 so far.
I think we'll take a good 1500-2000 so there will be enough to go round.

I thought I addressed that in my post fella. When the ticket was purchased it did match the (my) details on the form. However once I've walked away from the ticket office with the ticket in my hand, what is there to stopping me immediately selling it to somebody who isn't a season ticket holder ... there isn't any point from that point on when the details are going to be checked?

When i went to besiktas one of us wasnt a season ticket holder, basically if you know someone who isnt going and has a season ticket, get them to buy it in their name then once they go to general sale you can change the name of the holder at the ticket office to agree with those of the flight details....just make sure you purchase the tickets online at scfc direct. It worked a treat for us in besiktas!

I'm in the same situation with my Dad. Personally I think everyone who wants a ticket will get one. Don't worry too much about it, and if all else fails, the home end it is

i can't really understand while we've had multiple threads of people guess what will happen or slagging the club off before they've even published details. I'm sure the club have a good idea of the demand required and are doing all they can with valencia to ensure that sufficient tickets are available.
If there are not i will speak to the relevant officials at valencia and see if there is the possibility of expats and others without tickets obtaining them. I'll also find the best part of the ground for " neutrals" to sit as the last thing we'd want as a club is trouble at such a high profile match for us.

I just cant see that many going. Has every Stoke fan come out of the woodwork for this game? I'll eat my hat if there isn't room for activities in the away end.
