Is Manchester City still paying Tevez his wages or has he breached his contract and they are retaining his registration until sold?

Personally if i was Man City, i'd sack him for breach od contract and then retain his registration until the end of his 4 year contract or however long it is!! The little shit needs a lesson teaching and lets be honest, man citeh can stand 20m. They should make an example of him. Didn't Chelsea retain Mutu's registration when he was sacked so sure it is possible!! Tevez' behaviour is an absolute disgrace!!

BBC report re Milan move news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/16537568.stm"Tevez has not played for City since they beat Birmingham on 21 September. Mancini alleged he refused to come off the substitutes' bench in September's Champions League defeat at Bayern Munich, while the player maintained there had been a misunderstanding. An internal club investigation concluded that Tevez, who joined City in July 2009, was guilty of five breaches of his contract and he was fined four weeks' wages, reduced to two following intervention from the Professional Footballers' Association."

Here is something to daydream about: If only he would take a pay cut (to £50k / week?)and come to Stoke (and Citeh would take a cheeky £5m to be rid of him). I would love to see him try and tell Pulis that he was not coming off the bench at the Brit because he did not feel like it Beattie only asked for a day off from training, and look what happened to him.....(allegedly?) Stupid I know, but it just shows who runs the show at these so-called big clubs. For all of Mancini's PR that he gives out, he obviously has no control over his playboy squad. I think this will become apparrent even more if they continue this latest mini-bad run of results. Now that they have tasted some glory, the cracks will appear and they will turn on each other because they are just a collection of mercenaries (OK, to clarify - more so than all the other pro footballers!)

If they are still paying his wages, he should be forced to work in some kind of Charity shop of some sort. At least then he is doing something as well as helping those in need. And while he's at it, he can donate most of his weekly wage as well.

Either way the blokes a twat and that says more about Citeh than it does about The Shit Spot on. It's a sad state of affairs when a club can afford to keep such a talented player, not even put him on the bench and still be top of the league. Man Utd couldn't even do it.

So it looks like he's going nowhere and still receiving his inflated wages.

Kia Jorbachim was on Talkshite on Friday with Keys & Gray and apparently Tevez has forfeited around £9m worth of wages while he's been involved in this self generated debacle.
It appears that the options for a move are rapidly decreasing with Alex taking the last overseas player berth at PSG and Kia was intimating that he may end up staying at Citeh until the summer.
You really couldn't make it up!
He deserves every ounce of bad luck that can and will go his way the little greedy runt.

He was fined by Citeh to the tune of £9.25million to which he appealed but the appeal failed and upheld the fine as fair. Liverpool have tried to swap Carrol for him but Citeh have turned it down.

Cheeky of Liverpool - they don't really want the little twat and they knew they had no chance - great wind-up! ;D Liverpool have tried to swap Carrol for him but Citeh have turned it down.
