Shutting down according to BBC news. Sad day, I grew up a stones throw from there. Apparently the area is being 're-generated', I dont know why, we re-generated it in 1971 when we converted the coal house into an indoor bog. ;D

how good would it be if there were oatcake dispensers, simalar to ATM holes in walls.
Also how good would it be if they sold oatcakes at the match. Even if it was just that guy in the van outside.
Also how good would it be if everytime you thought hard about oatcakes and if you really concentrated one would appear.

Who gives a flying fcuk anyway? I love oatcakes as much as the next man but surely the more pressing issue is the fact that peoples homes and houses around the area have to come down forcing people like my mother in law to move. And there being offered no where near the market value for there homes. Yet people are starting a petition to save a pi$$ing oatcake shop.
Anyway theres still Mrs t's in Northwood...........
Rant over.
