I can't find someone to look after my dog on Sunday and wondering if you are allowed to take them in on a lead if tied up ie to the seat?
Failing that can you leave them outside or say at the Powerleague?
I don't want to miss the game and don't like him in the house alone.

Sure why not. I think its a great sign of the times that animals are interested in coming to show their support for the Potters.
