According to Stan Collymore on TalkkSport he knows someone who was speaking to a stoke player last week and he said the player said all our squad was not behind the gaffer :\ I'm not sure what to think about it to be honest! What does everyone think of this?

Because even if it's true, spluttering that out over the air right now is good for the team and its fans..
It's not like we're in a rut or anything

There was talk on here last week that JP would be looking for a move in Jan because of his dissatisfaction (pissed off) with TPs way of playing. Could well be true because, with the players we now have, we should have left the hoof-ball tactics behind. We were in a similar situation when we signed Tuncay and everybody saw him as the play-maker we needed and now Wilson Palacios is in a similar situation. Are players thinking that the manager may be out of his depth. TP has always been an advocate of long-ball tactics which got us where we were up to the end of last season. But now surely he must be move forward and use the players he has at his disposal and play to their strengths and not tether them by hoof-ball tactics.

We need to get rid of Pulis before it's too late. Hughes is available, we're big enough to attract him, and he'd actually get us playing FOOTBALL.
Do any of you really blame the players for not being behind the manager? They should just ignore whatever 'teamtalk' he gives and go out and play the way they want to, by passing the ball etc.

I can't see Stan knowlingly making trouble here. He's always been a staunch supporter of us in our time in the Prem. He's a good mate of Sky Andrew, agent of Pennant tho. Read into that what you will......

Well, I'll read 'players' as 'player' If it's too much like hard work he may aswell 'f' off. Some people have the attention span of a gnat and I'm guessing our car-forgetter could be one of 'em. Billy Big Time eh? Dont need em!

Yes good idea, fuck off any player that would like to play football..... that'll work exactly! A large section of our supporters will clap anybody as long as they run around a lot, chase down etc etc. The only way were going to progress is to change our style of play, actually PASS the ball. Getting rid of FOOTBALLERS like Pennant is only going to push us further back to the stoneage.

If we fail to beat blackburn pulis should be put on gardening leave immediately and a fresh man with new ideas installed in the hot seat. There is still time to save our season but we have to replace pulis asap.

Pennant can f*** off if it is true. He's a one-season-at-every-club self-lover.
His performance (and yes, we scored off his cross) was scandalous in workrate. He hardly ever tracks his man. Watch their first goal for details.

Agreed it's the only way of continuing the garbage we have seen over the past few weeks. Pity we can't freeze out the manager and get someone in who has 'plays football' on his CV and can properly use the higher class players we now have as well as the more promising younger lads- I still like Martinez, even Nigel Clough - someone who can adapt and evolve with the future in mind.

wingers have to track back. They especially have to track back in a TP team.
he's bone idle, and when you are up against it, you need leaders not self-lovers who are more worried about their next tattoo or glamour model.

Also give news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/predictor/default.stmago.
