He pines for the good old days when Liverpool ruled the world of football and every other week a penalty at the kop end when Rushie fell over a blade of grass.
The poor sap just can't understand why the decisions "have all been against" them this season.

In the 80s Liverpool probably threatened the refs by saying stuff like 'whose der fuck are yous eh? I'll ge' me da' on yer, gis a job!!' they only have Gerrard and Carragher now to do that for them.
And I really don't think Stoke can be classed as 'modern day nogger', it's old school nogger done properly with very big very strong very fit players, and I for one love the way we play. Last time I checked the aim of a game of football was to win by scoring more than the opposition, you don't get points for possession.

That should be a new chant for us, 'points for possession, you don't get points for possession...'

His post match interview was all about blaming the officials to take the pressure off the fact all his summer signings failed to perform.
Just for reference, what decisions have gone against them? Last time I looked, they had won 2 and drawn 1 before Saturday. Is he complaining about the possible Keiran Richardson sending off in the seasons opener? Granted it was a foul, but Suarez's diving made sure Richardson got off likely!
And what a mouthy little git Suarez is!

The Stoke pen would be given by 99% of referees (Rob Styles being the odd one out) the late pen call wouldn't have been given by 99% of referees and the claim against Rory was probably 50-50, so I don't see where he's coming from.
When Liverpool; were at Arsenal they had two 50-50s go their way with two marginal ofdfside decisions going their way and the Arsenal lad was very unlucky to be sent off.
The Sunderland game I seem to remember they were unlucky cos Sunderland should have had a man sent off.
Imagine if Liverpool and Dalglish ever suffered the run of decisions we faced last season when 5 decisions cost us 10 or 12 points and not one single opposition fan or manager could slightly argue we hadn't been robbed!
At the moment Liverpools only gripe is they aren't being given every single 50-50 decision!

As we all know, the big clubs get the decsions. Unfortunately Liverpool arent as big as they used to be and face a massive fight to get into the top 4. Shame eh? :-)

It's true that everyone used to get royally stitched up by the referees at Anfield in the 70's and 80's.
But that was a different era when there were not TV cameras at every game with dozens of angles and super-slow-mo replays so the refs were mostly accountable to the crowd whereas now they are accountable to a global TV audience so they have to be far more careful.
