Fed up of people slagging him off! He may look lazy but some people don't see what he does for the team. He holds the ball up well, wins nearly every header, and scores which is what strikers are supposed to do! Get behind him lads! 3 goals in 2 games

He was immense tonight, first touch was spot on and his distribution was good. Best Ive seen him all season, looks to be hitting some form.

I thought he played well tonight but I also thought his first touch was bloody awful! Aye, I do agree his first touch was abit dodgey but still thought he played well, and if more people get behind him he will be banging them in for fun

All I need now to make my night complete is a few of the fuckers who've been on this board constantly slagging the bloke off to come on and at least acknowledge he has done well the last couple of games ! You all know who you are come on be brave !

I thought he played well tonight but I also thought his first touch was bloody awful! His first touch will never be graceful now, will it? As long as we maintain possession from it and he keeps heading them in, I'm okay...

But he worked 'ard tonight, he even made a tackle! It was a general encouraging display from him as KJ goes.

I thought Kenwyne was good tonight did what we ask of him and scored goals, he is a very lazy and at times useless shit and i for one have gotten on his back more than a few times for it but as our main striker that has to be expected if he's under performing. But as I've said about him amongst other players I couldn't give a shit if he does fuck all so long as he's scoring, if he bangs his headers in the back of the net this season he can happily do fuck all for me for the rest of the 90 for me

I think one of the unsung jobs he does for us is defending corners. He is the best at it in the league IMO (for what thats worth )

its because we have walters next to him running like a rabbit on a caffiene high and he makes jones look lazier than he is

If we sign any of the forwards we have been linked with (except Jerome) I would make sure you take the prozac with you to the match or reserve a bed in the coronary unit.

Most strikers thrive on confidence, when they're feeling confident the goals seem to come. Kenwyne is a confidence player more so than most in my opinion..... and when confidence is there he is a real handful and an asset in front of goal. When a player is so dependent on confidence, getting on his back when things aren't going well is totally counter productive.

if we have one little man to run off jones, run on to the flick ons, cause lots of problems and score some goals. KJ can just wait untill his chance and score a couple.

He was back to his best last night. Great job as target man, held the ball up well, good distribution.
Those couple of goals will do him the world of good as well. So many of our players thrive on confidence from goals/good performances - look at Upson, Wilko, Whitehead etc last night

Must say his work rate so far this season has been tremendous, chasing 50/50 balls andrunning around the pitch like a man possessed. Can't have a bad word about him, I think he must think competitions on it's way into the team and he needs to show what he is capable of. Keep it up big Fella.

Great striker, love the way he simply powers the headers home and that back flip is quite a stunt for a man of his size so you can see he is a more than decent athlete. I think he gets the "lazy" tag because he smiles a lot on the pitch. Some people think anyone who looks happy can't be trying

Wilko whitehead and pennant were by far the best players on the pitch not jones. He did play well and scored a few good goals but not the best player on the pitch.

I thought he had a really good game. However it did make me laugh when he had the opportunity to get a shot off from the edge of the box but decided to square it to JP, so he could score from the cross with a header !!!

Give KJ decent service and he will score goals its simple, last night proved that. This is what I think, too. Matty and Pennant need to ping the ball in at every opportunity on Sunday, Kenwyne is on a run
