No, not a fantastic point, but better than no points! Good point made that they would obviously be fired up but against this we have to consider that they finished the game with 10 men and we just scraped a draw. All things considered when people talk about " unreasonable expectations " I thought they meant Champions League qualification. Imo 3 pts at Carrow Road is not an unreasonable expectation!

The way some people talk we should just count ourselves lucky to be on the same pitch as Norwich.

Norwich's first home game in the prem for 5 or so years. Realistically, we were gonna get a game and a half from them regardless. Would have taken a point before the game all things considered, so not too disappointed coming out the game. Decent second half performance as well, which if we add 3/4 players in the next week (no reason to think we won't), things should be looking quite rosey.

A point at old Trafford or Stamford bridge etc would be fantastic! A point against a very mediocre team that's of championship players is not fantastic! in our first few months in the premier league as a' very mediocre team full of championship players' our results included a draw at Anfield and home wins against Villa and Arsenal. Im sure their fans weren't happy but i bet their message boards were not full of the deluded, often vile comments like we are seeing on this site tonight.

RAF - really constructive views ! 11416 posts - are they all this good ? No less constructive than your pathetic 'Anti-Stoke' drivel. H

Any team playing their first home game in the prem are going to be fired up! When we played villa in ours, my villa mate expected to lose, so yes we are a bunch of moaning bastards who need some perspective.

I would have thought a draw yesterday would have been a good result, if we hadn't have missed a penna and been playing against 10 men. If you think that is out of perspective, then I think you are clearly happy with a lot less than some of think we can achieve. H

I was happy with a point after the 1st half performance, it looked like same old stoke, wank away from home and then pennant injured. In my opinion the person who wins the penalty should never take it but still no excuse for not bagging.
