I started a 12 month subscription on 23rd April 2011. If I unsubscribe my account early would I get a refund of the months I haven't used? Thanks

If you check the link below mate it will explain your rights of termination etc. I personally pay by DD monthly and then come the end of the season I suspend it for 3 months and then re-subscribe for the new season, that way I can bin it at any time and not get penalised having paid for a full year, works out as cheap this way. www.stokecityfc.com/page/SubscriptionTermsAndConditions

Cheers bertie.
I've sent the Stoke City Player team an e-mail also so I'll see what happens when/if they reply.

Scrap SC Player because it's poor service. Audio wasn't working properly yesterday again. SCFC can just fob it off onto the company that are doing it. Why should they give a toss about fans who have paid for a service associated with their club?

Had this reply
"Thank you for your email.
As you have purchased an annual subscription, by cancelling at this time you will only stop the subscription repeating you will not stop access immediately. Therefore, we are not able to offer partial refunds for this subscription so I am afraid you would not be returned any of the initial payment."
