Does anybody know if its actually in the town centre? Also can someone travel who has no customer reference ie the mrs?

Looking at Google Maps and the rail tracks, it looks like it is just outside the main city centre, but there is a station local to the ground. Looks like a short walk to the coast as well. A nice celebratory dip in the sea, perhaps?
No idea re customer reference numbers though. But you can create one easily on scfcdirect.com. I did this for my Mrs last season, just using her email address and name. Simple.

Just off the motorway according to one of their blokes earlier. Sounds like a similar out-of-town location to the Brit.
Just phone Stoke up and see if you can get a reference.

Nice place - not very big - less than 50k inhabitants, so getting round should be no problem.
