4223 left
27500 - 1400 for Hajduk = 26100 available
so just short of 22000 (+ Hajduk) sold to date which ain't too shabby in my eyes.

No worries with this one- may well sell out on the night- which at this stage of the competition is pretty good

if we get 25000 plus whatever they bring, that will be a good attendence IMO

I may be wrong but I don't think the middle two blocks of the SS have been on sale. I guess they are leaving them empty until they sell out of the other areas. Anyone have a seat in those areas?
I'm still expecting 20/21K which would be a decent effort IMO.

It will be humiliating and embarrassing in equal measure if the home end doesn't sell out.

It will be humiliating and embarrassing in equal measure if the home end doesn't sell out. Strangely i dont really care if we sell out or not, as long as theres a good crowd and a decent atmosphere, I don't see why it would be humiliating and embarrassing.

20000+ is a good crowd imho Less than 16000 is a poor one imho
Having said I think it's really hard to say what the crowd will be how many will they bring? 50? 2000? no idea.
£15 & £5 for kids is good 1st week of school hol's so many familes will be away July so many people without familes will also be away
On the other hand it's a completley new experience for any Stoke fan under 40 so loads will go out of curiosity(?)
Lack of signings doesnt help. Maybe we will sign a player or two this week - yes I know they wouldnt be registered in time but it would generate some positivity.

I got my 6 tickets in block 17 and there are loads left. I'd be surprised if we had sold in excess of 20k up to now

It will be humiliating and embarrassing in equal measure if the home end doesn't sell out. Why will it? First European tie for 30 years, quite possibly a once in a lifetime event, and people can't be arsed to go? It was fairly embarrassing that we sold so few tickets in the Cup Quarter Final against West Ham (the excuse being that people didn't want to help the team get into the semi-final because the team had played badly against West Brom) but a half empty stadium in this game really would be humiliating.

Out of interest, are the first few rows not going to be available or is that just a Champions League thing?

half empty stadium & not selling out arnt exactly the same thing
under 15000 & yes it could be a bit deflating
20000+ & the atmosphere should be bang on

I couldn't get a seat near me in Block 23 for my lad when I went up on Wednesday.
He'll be sitting on my knee anyway so it didn't matter but judging by that and the queue at the T/O I'd assumed sales were going well.

I'll hazard a guess this will be one of the better attended Europa Cup preliminaries.
Most of them (like the group stages) are played out before one man and a dog.
