I have an ex wife who was not remotely interested in Stoke or football in general, apart from the period that Ginola played for Newcastle (she is a Geordie). Since we split, she has started going to Stoke matches......
There is nothing as unfathomable and mental as women.

My Senior Management has no interest in football. She does, however, recognise that I'm cursed with bring a Stokie Lifer & thereby supports my curse - often dropping me off to games - even drving me to Wembley so I could relex with several sherberts. She is wise enough to cut me some slack when we lose. Can't fault it.

I do.
Fit as a butchers dog too.
An Aussie who has learned to love Stoke (and footy in general).
Very proud of her.

no, she detests it, hasn't a clue about it either. I can go and watch Stoke away in midweek and say I'm working away and she won't have a clue

TBH,my wife is not into football, she always asks how we did ect and with every home game,it involves leaving early on a Saturday so she likes to go for a meal when I get back, which is fair enough. There are a few ladies who sit around me in the Boothen, they know their stuff too, knitting, eggs to flour ratio for yorkshire puddings, the offside rule....................!

my hubby is a musician and loves his music stoke city is my escape my love and my life. My hubby is fab for letting me follow stoke, come to the Brit and singing stoke city chants out of tune. Every one needs a hobby, but following stoke is a lifestyle. To my hubby I say thanks.

My first wife was a vale fan, hence I'm now onto number 2, although she is from the south and likes Bristol Rovers Although she does know how much Stoke means to me and has never once moaned about the games. She even came on a Xmas treat to Huddersfield a few years ago, anyone remeber that Prudhoe howler? also sat through the 3-0 mauling at vicarage road in the 90's! Bad luck bird who hasn't been allowed since
