Just had a look at Stafford Rangers site (out of boredom) and so far they've sold 23 season tickets.
How the hell do they survive on that???
Fair play to the loyal 23, but it makes you think how non-league clubs keep going.

They often don't and it makes me feel quite humble that people support the grass roots of this game.
I know it's often said about 'how far we've come' but it's threads like this and the recent Rushden and Diamonds plea that makes the inequality and divide withinin the game so massive from the prem to the lower and non league clubs.
Credit to all supporters who choose to spend their money backing their clubs at those lower levels, we've been there ourselves

non league often charge silly amounts for season tickets. a seaon ticket for a none league club can cost more than a season ticket at stoke

Such a shame how Stafford have plummeted in recent seasons. It doesn't seem that long ago they were in the Conference and performing well under Phil Robinson.

They along with Altrincham were the Man Utd and Liverpool of the non league world in the 70s ......interestingly i think Accrington only sold around 100 last season?
