Should never have changed it from being a traditional pub.
Gimmicks fade but traditional pubs with decent ale never do.

wise words the brewerys get greedy and want more rent when a pub does well then the publican cant make a crust so they jack it in and it becomes a soulless managed house where no1 gives a fuck about the punter , end result closure . not rocket science is it .
