Is this the logic of the great unwashed? 1) We'll vote for no confidence in the board 2) but we'll vote them back in again ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

It's interesting to watch somebody else's mob rule cause from the outside. There's very much a "my enemy's enemy is my friend" about it all.
Mo Choudry seems to be being hailed as a saviour with enough clout to unify the fans, attract a 'big' name manager, get promotion, finish the Lorne Street, solve the Middle East conflict and resolve Ryan Giggs' marital difficulties.
And all, apparently, based on no more than that he's the only person barmy enough to want to extricate them from the mess they left themselves in by the fans taking over from the last unpopular local businessman made-good who used to own the club.
There's none so blind as them as won't see.

Unreal that they're turning on Micky Adams even though all he wants is to get the side ready for next season, which clearly shows he's got the clubs best interests at heart
What a bunch of fucking DaftCunts

I've wrote on here many times about the spite and venom that was spat at us not only from Vale fans but also the local media, they took every opportunity to stick the knife into us. Remember Les Scott ans his daily sniping at us? well I do and I will never forget it. I only wish upon to Port Vale what they have wished upon us. No more, no less. Absolutely, agree 100% Just imagine if it was us in their position. There wouldn't be much sympathy from them.

He's in favour of Bratt so he could be on a power trip trying to stop Mo coming in and potentially replacing him. I wouldnt be happy with Pulis on the board let alone a bloke whose just come back with his tail between his legs after fucking up at Sheff Utd

A fully prepared Vale side, with the right signings, would get promoted, it almost happened last season before Adams left This in turn keeps the fans off the boards, teams, players and his back, keeps them happy. All good and positive things which then deflects the misery for a while

We all would have done the same boyhood club and all but if your going to go back at least pretend to be sorry for the miserable end of season Vale endured. Chairmen getting involved with the football side of things always ends in tears, so why wont managers getting into the boardroom end in tears? He knew the situation when he went back money and take-over wise, he's nailed his colours to the Bratt side which was never going to be popular and now this. If I was a Vale fan I'd be worried and pissed off

If I was a Vale fan I'd be worried and pissed off Completely missing my point Evs but it's probably because we're looking at it from completely different angles If the same thing was happening at Stoke and it was preventing the manager from improving the team, the part of the club that makes and breaks a football club, its fans, its manager, its players, even the board, I'd love it if the manager got involved just so he could press on with what needed to be done instead of having to sit around like a twat because the fans and board are bickering between themselves and holding up the process Adams is grabbing the situation by the scuff of the neck, pumping his own money in just so he can get the side ready. Simple as that. The current situation is preventing that and the only way something can be done is by what he's doing The bloke can't win. He can either do it this way which pisses people off because it makes him look like he's pro-Bratt which, IMO, has no relevance and that's only born from the stupidity of Vale fans, so he can prepare THEIR team for next season. Or, he does nothing, waits for the fans and board to sort themselves out, miss out on key targets, start with a patched up side and perform poorly in the league. That will then be seen to be Adams's fault because he didn't prepare the side good enough even though it was the board and fans preventing him from doing so in the first place

Meigh is a cunt.
I once brought a brand new TV off him 'didn't realise he was a fail fan at the time' but unfortunately it broke after just a few days.
His people collected it from my home and it went for repair. After said item had being repaired they delivered it back to my home but unfortunately the outer casing to the screen was chipped in several places.
Meigh didn't want to know and stated that i myself could well have chipped it and didn't even offer replace it but just simply told me that i could have done the damage so in effect he ripped me off for a few hundred quid because i'd never even handled that TV.
Yet after getting axed from the board he spouts in the Sentinel that his money was good then but that now counts for nothing.................H'mmmmmmm, Well let me see Mr Meigh, let me see, wanker.

They're concerned that he would effectively use Adams as his puppet, meaning that the EGM was an even bigger waste of time than they thought because even the one director they thought they'd got rid of would still be there. They're still idiots for wanting him sacked, though.

Still doesn't really change my thoughts though But yes, agreed that they're still idiots considering how well they were doing before he left for Sheff Utd last season
