Charlie Adam no.1 priority imo...offer £6 million, see the reaction on Holloway's face and take it from there. If we cannot get him for under £11 million then sod it.
no.2 = replacement for Fuller and Tuncay (one who can offer back up on the wing as currently if either of our wingers is not on top of their game we inevitably lose).
no.3 = full back
Then we can take it from there.

No Chance of Charlie Adam, Spurs and Scouse are both after him (Unfortunatly ), agree with other two points.

Charlie Adam would be great for us, goalscoring midfielder, strong in the tackle and gets forward

Thing is I suspect we will buy Vaughan instead of Adam, but i'm not particularly inspired by that prospect whatsoever. He is 28 and is he really going to improve us as a side? Maybe as back up, but we need young players!! i.e. aged 23/24. He will be 29 next season, not the answer to our long term midfield woes!

£ 10,000,000 for Charlie Adam you taking the piss ??? worth £4m at the most Mate you need to live in the real football world. We are talking about a creative mid here who can get you 12+ goals a season and spray a ball 40 yards with deadly accuracy 90% of the time with realtive ease. For £4 million you will buy yourself Karl Henry. Enjoy.

Adam = no chance Exciting game changing player = every club in the league is after one Full back = Cant think of anyone half decent in this league for under 10 million tbh
Summer transfers = difficult

Adam- forget it, palacious would be 10 times the player for us.
Replacement for tunny/ric etc- Rodallega, showed today he can play out wide then move up front and cause problems.
full back- god knows

We have to make an effort to get this guy he is a genius on the ball. Really makes things happen, and is everything we are currently lacking.

No. If anything its harder to be good in a shit team! He has to force posession for himself and he has to make passes that the rest of his "shite" players cant. He also has to score 12+ goals a season withou the help of his "shite" teamates. The fact that Adam was part ofa relegation team highlights just how good a player he was. He carried them, without him they would have probably ended up with less points than Derby!

I reckon noble from west ham and hutton and o'hara from spurs are more realistic signings for us than getting charlie adam

adam would get battered at stoke, he cannot play in a 2 man central midfield he relys on having 2 other central players with him

Hes evidently a class above of what we currently have. Guess you'd rather see Whitehead right?

I wouldn't like to have a dirty player like Adam with us. 10-15 yellow cards a season for a player like him is a disgrace.

He's not even that bloody good, he can take free kicks and the odd Hollywood pass comes off, i'd have David Vaughan, Mark Noble or Jack Collison over that over-rated. mis-shape toothed, Dundonian tosser any day of the week.
