Wanting to secure a Final ticket... I've been told by the club that it's better to go down to the ground tomorrow for Mid-Price ST than do it online. Anyone got any thoughts on this?

If you do it online you will not be able to get a final ticket... wembley wizard says you must go to the ground and you must pay in full for season ticket

Yes you should have had a season ticket already glory hunting ba***rds. Whould you/they have bought if we were not in the final????? Thanks for the feedback Jack. The answer to your question is, no, I wouldn't have brought a season ticket. This season I have seen just over half the home games (not including Arsenal Sunday). This is mainly because of the 200 mile round trip I have to watch matches at the Brit. This means I end up paying £39 a game for a fairly crappy seat and paying about £50 quid petrol. This season, so far, has cost me about £800 quid (not including cup games and travel expenses). I can't really afford more than 1k a year so, unfortunately, I can't afford a ST with the travel. I wish I lived in Longton but I don't. However, the club has said, metaphorically, give us a bit more commitment and we will let you watch your beloved team play in one of the most important matches in their history. So I'm thinking, fair enough, I'll splash some more cash (that I ain't got) and make an even bigger effort next season. So I'll drive 200 miles tomorrow and commit myself even further to my club. I'll queue for a ticket. When I've got it I'll have not one bit of guilt.

Yeh I know some ST holders forget that, just cus you ain't got one doesn't mean you are necessarily glory hunter when cups come up. Anyway, The Club's made the rules and I'm grateful. Still got mi rosette from 72 (brought in Hanley aged 7). I missed that game...don't wanna miss this.
