There's a pub called either The Boat or Ship Inn. When you go through the centre of Chester there are 2 levels. This pub is on the 2nd level. It's a Samuel Smith pub and cheap as chips.

Depends what you're looking for but this is a good shout if you're looking for a nice place/location with entertainment.

It is impossible to come out of the Falcon in the remotest bit sober. I sampled the Cider in there in the week, a 5.2 that drinks like an 8.4. I could barely see.
