Well a friend of mine, as i already have mine.
He just went buy 1 online and is said " you have already booked with these details "
He rung up see tickets and they said they aint allowed tell him whos done it, and he brought the ST off someone at work in November, but he no longer works there as he was temp staff.
Anyways would he able to get the ground get a ticket or will it show up the same info?

the persons who's ticket it was originally has probably done it , he'll use the details and season ticket number as he is the original owner and will still have his gold card, don't know how he can do anything about it really, phone the club.

The club cant do nothing about it, as it wasnt transfered ownership how many people buy STs and then go down Stoke with the owner and transfer the ownership of it

the origional owner has rights to the ticket in his name and address in print it says you are not able to sell them on

Nothing he can do mate. I bought a season ticket off a lad on here and he still has the front card with the client ref on etc- no issue by me, he bought it originally and as thus is still the owner of the details.

Very sorry for your mate, but got to agree with sentiment, unless he went down ground and formally transfered ownership (unlikely) then the original owner is the 1 registered with club and can use the ticket to get a cup final ticket.
Better hope he doesn't see his (ex) mate up 'Anley on Friday though!

The lad is indeed a twat for doing that, he aint even a Stoke fan, he only had a st because his girlfriend was, so he sold it when he finished with her, he was a Chelsea fan

Someone as used my ST details to get a ticket
TBF they are his details - He bought the Season Ticket from the club. In unofficially transferring the ticket to you - you take on all the risk.
As an aside - has your 'mate' been able to renew said ST for next season? because he would've confronted this issue in March.
