I would hope for 26,000 , seen as there will be 2000 empty in the away end as they are getting a reduced allocation

Any idea why they have had a reduced allocation, Ilford? Is it safety or will they just not sell them with it being on sky?

its defo a safety trouble thing , sounds like they have a rep, and with ours at home, looks like it could be a real big police operation on saturday

I reckon there will be more posts about the attendance than the actual attendance.

If you look at where the bristol hooligans have been active its not much to worry about.... most of them are fighting amongst themselves.. the rest have been coventry and places like that

I don't think any Stoke fans will be worried about the threat of trouble we just need to remember that any stupidity inside the ground might result in points being deducted..
I can't see Stoke fans being allowed into the "away-end" so thats 2,000 empty seats for starters
Then we'll have the inevitabe mesh-covered seats in the JSL close to the away-end and the dug-outs. That's another 1,000
So that limits the gate to 25,000
And if we have a poor-weather forecast for the weekend thats another couple of thousand
And a couple of thousand will be working, sick, getting-married, attending christenings, celebrating birthdays, etc etc
So I reckon about 19,563

If the Palace game attendance is anything to go by, and assuming that Bristol sell no more than their initial allocation, I think we'll fall just short of 20k.
