Any body know how many we have sold for Villa away?? I’m not expecting huge numbers here with Blackpool and Wembley coming up!

We were still only selling the upper tier yesterday so not expecting great numbers. At least we get a huge concourse to spread out in...

Upper Tier holds 1,450, so not many at all then if we are still selling those.

That we have only sold 400 or so tickets for villa away? I mean I understand it's expensive with two trips to wembley, but that will just be embarrassing. If this is true, it's a good job the camera doesn't show the away fans! ;D

I don't think it is embarrassing. Most season ticket holders who are going to both Wembley games will have forked out £500 upwards for season tickets and Wembley tickets in the past few weeks. Then for exiles like myself the petrol cost for a match can be £50 plus the ticket cost. Is it surprising that people prioritise their money? I go to most away games north of London but I'm happy to admit I am giving Villa a miss.

If someone wants to pay my £38, I'll happily go. The truth of the matter is that people just can't merit paying that kind of money with 2 trips to Wembley and a piss-up in Blackpool. I had to choose between the two, and a weekend in Blackpool got my vote The only embarrassing thing about the Villa game is the ridiculous price they are charging.

I don't think we'll take anywhere near what we'd normally take but you'd hope there'd be at least 1,000 there surely?
To be fair we'd got ours long before the semi, so I suppose if folk are having to make a choice between Villa and the final I don't suppose there's a decision to make.

Glory Hunter If you stop considering those £115 tickets for the Final there's £30 saved straight away.

We took a shit following there last season.....the novelty is wearing off...i shall be in attendance though We took 2300-odd last season, I think. In all reality, a club our size won't CONSISTENTLY take big followings away from home at nearly 40 quid a ticket. I'll be paying on the gate on Saturday. I rang the ticket office earlier to ask if I could do so.
