I`ve been off work, my normal mon tues and weds off every three weeks, and thought i would go and see"The Barfly`s" at the rigger, tuesday night, i`ve watched them off and on for the past 25 years, first seeing them in the old wheatsheaf in stoke, now wetherspoons. Any one else seen or like them? They never fail to impress me, stevie hayes the lead singer and les hunt on the lead guitar, worth every penny of the £3 i paid to get in. It`s got to be the best thing happening on a tuesday night.
Fantastic guitar solo on 2 mins and 3.30 mins.

I always loved them when they played at the beer festival at the kings hall.
However, i probably can't remember anything about seeing them but that's the beauty of the beer festival.

Lol, same here, i honestly only go to see les on lead guitar as i play guitar myself but sadly no where near as good as him.

Yeah.. Remember seeing Hazey down at The Gardeners when he was with Jinx.
The Barflys are a class act and as you rightly say, well worth chucking £3 at.

Well chuffed they are still knocking about but did'nt realise they had been going so long. Wheres the time gone? ;D

Steve and Les perform as an acoustic duo once a month at the pub I manage, really enjoyable stuff!
