We were superb...absolutely superb in the second half. They couldn't deal with KJ at all in the end. Considering the opposition...i would go as far as saying that was up there as our best performance in the Prem so far. Granted they could have scored too, but we could have had 3/4! Very proud of that effort and thats what happens when you stick your best team out!

I'm struggling to think of a better performance from us, we had the champions running for cover and deserved to win the game comfortably with the amount of chances we had. The fact that their fans weren't happy to see 6 mins of added time despite needing a win to have any chance in the league shows how far we have come.

And 5Live commentators say it was an excellent and entertaining match that they didn't want to end. Well done Stoke - deserved a win really. 5 live just been debating Chelsea losing the league, by dropping points at places like Wolves and Stoke. The reporter retorted, 'actually this is a good result for Chelsea as Stoke is a formindable place.' My god that was good today. Heroic defending. Breathless attacking. It doesn't really get much better. And what an atmosphere!

what did skysportsnews say on our match? every time i tune in they are pretty scathing in their reports? When i got back, my old man said Merson, who was watching our game on SSN was praising us, and was saying 'it's all stoke' and 'stoke deserve to score another' etc... The video of Mersons summary will be up on the Sky Sports website soon no doubt, here's the Sky Sports written match report... www.skysports.com/football/match_report/0,19764,11065_3284833,00.html

Looking at the stats at the end of that report, I would never have believed that Stoke were the better team. 35% possession According to the stats, they were camped in our half with possession and out-shot, out-passed, had 2.5 times the number of corners ..... How the heck do we manage to look sooooo good with sooo little? ;D

Awesome - doesn't get any better than that 2nd half performance, when you've got one of the best sides in the world on the rack for half an hour in a cauldron of noise.
I really can't think of a better half of football I've seen live - absolutely enthralling.

Very proud of that effort and thats what happens when you stick your best team out! Yep hard to argue with any of that. At half time, I feared the worst ... Chelsea were completely dominating us, Matty was having a shocker, Rory & Whelan were standing off their men and I thought another goal against us was almost inevitable. However, second half, we addressed all of the above and put in one of, if not the best second half performances since we were promoted - even though we ultimately didn't score. Great game.

the fact that Chelsea played well for large parts of the game makes our performance even more impressive for me. Yes 2nd half was miles better than the the 1st but even upto half taime when it seemed like Chelsea we're camped in our half we we're still in the game, still had some threat in Jones & Walters & corners. one of the best game's I have ever seen (since 1978 too)

Given the opposition and the form they are in I truly believe that the second half was the best display I have ever seen from a Stoke team in all my years of supporting the club.
Sure in games we've scored more goals and dominated teams but it's all relative and the fact that this 45 minute showing was against the reigning champions of England who have had over £500m spent on them in recent years speaks volumes for the heights we hit today.
Heart-bustingly proud of my club today.

Missus taped me the interviews off sky. The bit in the middle when they talked to Merson was amazing!! Merson was positively gushing at our 2nd half showing - you'd have thought he was a life long stokie www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11096_6848727,00.html

Great to see Stoke getting some credit at last ! Nice to hear praise for KJ, too. Having given TP flack, I have to give the guy credit for the way he has turned our form round . Said recently we'd finish 11th on 45 points- was I pessimistic ?
