I've just got back from the brit after getting my tickets and have got to say well done to everyone at the club who is involved with the ticket sales. The club come in for a lot of stick but credit should also be given when they do things well.
I got down the ground at 5:30 today and was given my ticket for my place in the Que. I then went back to my car and got my head down for a couple of hours then went into the ground at about 8 o'clock, had a bov and chatted to a few people for a bit then was called to go and buy my ticket. 9:10 I'm on my way home
Well done and thank you for a very easy couple of hours.

Stoke City F.C. have indeed come a long way in terms of organisation in the last 3 years. Can remember queuing for many uncomfortable hours for tickets for our first Premiership away game at Bolton . Today's experience was immaculate ! Well done to the club and all involved !

It was very well organised to be fair.
The atmosphere down there is something to behold though. It really is. No singing or anything like that but the sheer excitement and camaraderie is something to behold.
When I left the ground at 9.40am there must have been 1500 or so people milling around waiting to get tickets.

Agree with everything on here.
The organisation was first class, the stewards I spoke to were all clued up and were answering questions from fans none stop. In fact, everyone who I spoke to today were first class, customer service at it's best to be fair.
I have to say, the person who served me was an absolute star too. I was buying 17 tickets and was struggling to get anything behind the goal. She worked hard for a good 20 minutes to get us into 2 groups close together as I didn't fancy upper tier.
Well done to everyone involved!

Got down there about 7, had ticket 609 so had to wait a few hours. But in the end it was worth it, i was happy with my flask of tea, my paper and radio on. Eventually got called about 11.30 and was done in about 20 mins then back home for dinner. The ticket system has been well organised and has been first class. Well done to the club, and come on stoke at wembley ;D

Nice to hear that we have managed to organise this so well. I feared a riot today if i'm honest but they seem to have readily anticipated the demand and organised themselves to a very professional standard. Well done indeed

Got mine in about 10 minutes on the Internet site whilst having a brew in the comfort of my own home. Couldn't be arsed spending money on petrol, then standing round for 3 hours and they post it to me!!
Happy days!

Really good setup at the ground today and a great vibe with everybody guaranteed to go home with tickets in hand but I can imagine it being tense next week when they go on sale to silver members etc and people are competing for the remaining tickets.
