lets just say were playing newcastle at home.... we sing...
"Newcastles a shit hole i'm gald were at home" (and so on)

It's really an away song, we always sing it on our travels e.g. "Fulham's a shit-hole etc."

It's possibly the lamest and most small-time song of all the lame songs we sing at the moment.

I liked the 'small town in Burnley' to the Blackburn fans we could sing to the Chelsea fans' you're just a suburb of Fulham' or 'Chelsea's too expensive I'm glad I live here'

How can anyone not like the 'stoke will tear you apart' song? It might be a copy on the Giggs one, but as a 'club' goes there's only us that sing it, for now!

sportsman50: I think the reason most of us find the "Stoke will tear you apart" chant so cringeworthy is that we DON'T tear ANYONE apart to be fair. It's chanted when we've taken the lead from a throw in/free kick or corner. It would be fine if we were actually out-playing the opposition but that's very rarely true. We know it and they know it which is why the chant usually sounds pathetic.

I think it's great and so do a fair few others, otherwise it would never get an airing! You're missing the point of it - it fits in well with 'We're Stoke City we'll play how we want.' The point is we still win DESPITE not playing any 'conventional' football.
