I have read a lot of people on here saying that you shoudn't sit back on a lead.
What they should have said is that you shouldn't sit back on a one goal lead. Palace proved that you can defend two goals, thats where we have gone wrong in the past, we should have pushed for the secong goal before becoming more defensive minded.
Obviously this applies to away games you have to go for it!!!!

agree that we havent had many leads to defend lately, but the game against sheff wednesday is a prime example of us going for it in the 1st 45 minutes and getting on our deserved goal and then sitting back in the second half and from that 2nd half performance we got all we deserved out of the game that was there for the taking
