I am trying to renew my ST but I cannot select my seat.Anyone who can help please.I cant go to the ground because of work commitments

Ask them for a Password email mate. The Customer Number is what you use to log-in, and then put in your Surname & Postcode, the menu drops down for this. This should come up with your existing Seat details. (I hope!!) Don't use your email, and Password, other wise you can't select your seat!

I am renewing my ST online. I cant find where it will let me pay by 4 interest free installments.Anyone help?

It worked for me mate, the email came, and I used the Customer Number to log-in, renewed in two mins about an hour ago. It's probably crashed again! I'd try a few times to see if it goes through.

I tried to renew without giving my email -- it wouldnt let me pay ,i had to ring in which was an hours wait.

you cant do payment plans online must be done down the ground as tyhey require a signature

i just did 4 renewals online, the first attempt failed so i tried another card and it went through straight away.the only thing i can think of is i was trying with a different card the first time,this may be your problem

I am trying to renew my ST but I cannot select my seat.Anyone who can help please.I cant go to the ground because of work commitments I had the same problem - I had clicked on forgotten my password, it sent me an email with the client ref on, logging in using that wouldn't let me renew. So I checked the season tickets and the client ref on there was different, I logged in using that and bingo, no problemo!

A year or so back I had the problem that I appeared to have somehow aquired two client reference numbers without realising it - it took a few phone calls before we tracked down the reason for my inability to buy stuff online. I thought I must be unique but it appears from this thread that I was not alone. What I don't understand is why the club hasn't advertised fans that this problem exists. They really don't seem to be in the business of making life as simple as possible do they? The bizarre thing is that the club is owned by Bet365 which, as a pioneer of online betting, must have more experience than most companies in developing online form filling and accounts. If they can get it so spectacularly right for the betting business, how come they get it so wrong on the football side of the business? Perhaps Denise Coates needs to step in and "kick ass"
