No, but I renewed a week or so back. Took 2 minutes and the ticket arrived in the post two days later.

It says my profile is "general sale" it will let me select seats that are not yet taken, but I don't think it realises I already have a ST....

Ok you are looking to do your own ticket, when signing in change to your Client ID and postcode it should give you the option to choose your seat? It is a dropdown option on login

I signed in with my client id & postcode as I've no idea what my password is... Ask for a password reminder mate, and use the "Customer Number" they email to you. This should work ok!

I had exactly the same issue tonight so just called the ticket line instead, apart from the 30 minute queue, soon as u get through it only takes a couple of minutes

That's what I did, as I've left my season tickets at a friends house as he's kindly going to queue up for Wembley tickets with them. Ahh well I'll ring in the morning.

Sorted! - Client ref on the ticket is different to the email. I should of said the one that is on the Season Ticket because if you sign up online it gives you a different ref than your Season Ticket number Glad it is sorted now
