Hopefully, he'll be able to put it behind him and get back to his best form now it is out in the open. Did the report say whether it had gone through yet?

Let's hope this is the cause of his poor form and he will soon be able to put it all behind him.
I still think he has the potential to be one of our club's greats.

if Higgy is out I'd play Wilko at LB & leave Wilson (ubeaten in about 12 FA Cup games) at RB
Pugh isnt a defender & Collins isnt any better

Missed that FM. Great for Higgy but was hoping he'd be playing tomorrow. TP seemed to indicate he was available for tomorrow, Doz. But confirmed that was the reason he wasn't in the squad last weekend.

yes miles better.
see goal No 2 v Brighton for e.g.
or just watch teh last few games, look I'm not saying Wilson is the new Cafu but he's looked not bad at all as a fullback better than he did at CM overall - better facing the play perhaps?

You know I never get this 'personal problems' stuff. I have played five aside etc when grieving, fearing job loss, marriage probs n all sorts. Because football is such a great outlet you just forget your problems for an hour or two. I know it's a crude comparrison and it could affect preparations but still.... On the money they earn there is no excuse for not eating well, resting lots and putting a shift in.

The divorce happened 9months before he signed for Stoke.
He still see's the kids as well so it's not that.

It is said that he is 'going through a messy divorce'. I've always thought that he had a big problem, once he not only played so poorly but without enthusiasm or even his trademark smile. Before anyone says that they prefer a grumpy but successful talent (like Blalotelli? ) I can imagine children (the possible loss of ) being at the heart of the stiuation. Sadly, it is his problem to solve. This does not exempt him from criticism, as well as sympathy, of course, as he is still being paid a fortune, but it does lend hope for later, hopefully pretty soon. while with us. Talking of family problems, I was reading in my local newspaper this week that Frank Lampard, caught for breaking the speed limit, a year ago (!) has again asked for his case to be delayed and that, when considered, his 'professional and domestic life are taken into consideration'. What cheek! He had permission to live in Chelsea, (20 miles away) when all other players live locally, within three miles of the training complex. That was in order to be near to his two daughters and it means more miles on the road, so he must be especially careful, when driving or accept the consequences. This comes after Ashley Cole sold his mansion for over £5M and then sked for a £250 fine to be paid in installments! Has Lampard not thought about hiring a chauffeur? Has Cole not considered raiding his piggy bank for a few tenners? Kenwyne's case is difrerent but he is lucky to have a caring manger and must now reward him - and us.

In all seriousness maybe this is the point he gets himself back. Maybe it was only released this week after everything was sorted. I bloody hope so. Get some good service tomorrow and pray.

I dont really get the ken wine bashing, his game isnt about linking the midfield to the striker, his game is putting chances away, get two wingers on, and give him the service, the lad will be fine

Maybe we should give him some support if he plays tomorrow instead of sarcastic jeers. Spot on, I find it laughable that we are are so proud of our 'amazing support' and then there is sarcastic cheering when KJ wins a header. Best supporters in the land ?
