Good lad for getting your season ticket, but you will regret not being at the brit on sunday if we reach wembley. In years to come that £20 will mean nothing but your memory of us getting through to the semi final will live with you for a long time.

The club are confident of a sell out. There's always a rush a couple of days before the game, some people still get paid weekly/fornightly on a Friday. Down to about 2500 now so won't be far off.

The South Stand does hold 4,800 but West Ham have only been allocated 4,500...for extra segraregation...remember the 'trouble' during 2008/09 season when they attempted to get across the netting? They've sold most of their tickets and will have no problem selling the rest even if it is on telly.. What amazes me is the number of Stokies who aren't going...'working'..'watch it on TV' etc etc... I'm a ST holder and it will cost me £40 for me and my daughter plus the cost of a 40 mile round trip plus food etc.. I've made huge (financial) sacrifices to keep the wife and other kids sweet and get to this game but it seems quite a few Stoke 'fans' won't But if we get to Wembley ....they'll be there...professing their Love for Stoke.... Same Old Stokies.... Fickle as ever

I don't share your sentiments though. If people don't want to go after how shit we have been recently then that's their perrogative and I don't blame then. I'd personally be going if I didn't have other plans but I wouldn't criticise others for deciding not to. There comes a point where you might decide to stop shelling out your hard earned cash week in, week out, when what is being served up is utterly fucking shyte and no where near good enough. Pulis, Scholes, Coates et al need to realise the fans won't keep going regardless. They need to give the fans something decent for the money they shell out, not take them for granted.

Agree with Wizardof dribble.
If people have had enough - then fine, stop going and stop moaning, BUT don't jump back on the Bandwagon should we get to Wembley.
If you've stopped going on principle (not for financial/work/health/family reasons) then stay away until the thing you want to change, changes. Not because of a couple of good results.

But decided that we could'nt just sit at home if we had the choice to be there on what is to me, one of the biggest games in years. As WD says, I wouldn't / couldn't begrudge anyone that doesn't want to go after the shit we've served up lately.

Well, not for 30 years as I'm not even that old, but I've been there when we were in Div 1 and Div 2 (or League 1, whatever you want to call it). We used to be shit and there wasn't a great deal we could do about it. We never had the money or players at our disposal to aspire to much better. When he's spen tens of millions and he has some pretty decent players on the books, I expect a bit more for my dollar in all honesty.

I can't understand the segregation issue! There will be no stoke fans in the south stand, so need for segregation?

Sorry to break this folks, but there are currently over 7,000 tickets left for Sunday. They go on general sale tomorrow but this is really disappointing. So that means at least (it could be more) 4,000 season ticket holders didn't buy their tickets then. Now some may still be going and I'm not bothered if they do or don't. But can that figure be related to renewals I wonder? It's not that simple I know but it wouldn't shock me if we did see such a downfall in renewals.

I am a ST holder traveled all over the country and abroad but won't be going on Sunday, it's not the money or the 180 mile round trip, I can afford it but after the shit that we all have to endure lately quite frankly I can't be arsed. I will watch it on TV and cheer should we score and if we get to Wembley of course I'll be there. Why should anyone less deserving deprive me of my right to a ticket? We have 21.5K ST holders and will probably be allocated 30k so surely enough for the casual supporters and glory hunters. I may be wrong but I am not in doubt

What a load of tripe on here, a lot of fans that used to attend games on an irregular basis now have season tickets and all the expense involved. These are the fans that would have made this game a sell out in years past. Extra games cost extra time and, more importantly, money. This is particularly true for exiles.

Fuck me.... OK everyone has their choice, but I cant understand some of the apathy on here. Some people seem to forget exactly who we are and where we come from, let me remind you... We are Stoke City and at home in the quarter final of the fucking FA cup!!!! Sweet cunting jesus. On a lighter note, if TP were to name the team now and it is roughly the one the whole fucking world can see is the most effective (drop pugh, wilson, walters, restore wilko, higgy, fuller and play ethers and pennant) then I am certain that the remaining tickets would be snapped up in about 20 minutes.

'I would say it is down to the fact interest has been lost. People are fed up of the sides tp puts out. The footy is garbage so I can understand why folk don't want to shell out'
And that my friend is what is known in the trade as not being a proper supporter of Stoke City. Managers, directors and players come and go. But a true supporter sticks with it through thick and thin. End of. And no one will ever change my mind on that.

My family have 7 season tickets and all to renewed this month, but only 2 going on Sunday. I have been to 75% of all the Premiership games and have forked out a tidy sum for 2 or 3 adults.I made a decision partly financial to go to as many Prem games as possible at the expense of Cup games.I love the away day experience of the League but I guess the FA Cup has in my mind lost some value as well. No doubt will be at Wembley though if reach next stage!
I only comment in response to Bayern showing concern over the missing 4000.

I wasn't having a go, just pondering if the two could be linked. I know 4 season ticket holders who aren't going on Sunday, 3 are renewing, 1 isn't and that's down to money mainly and slight apathy. And being the pessimist I am, I'm expecting less to renew anyway.

After last Saturday I stormed out of Upton Park (before full time for the first time ever) vowing never to go to an away game again. By Wednesday I'd put in my order for Spuds tickets. Its a fucking disease and I've infected my kids. Wemberley, Wemberley, we're the famous Stoke City and we're going to Wemberley.
