For tomorrows game really and i hope admin wont move this as i need an answer asap really fellow stokies.
I brought some tickets for stoke tomorrow and my dad is travelling to stoke for the game which is costing him a bit of money. With me being in stoke i got the tickets online for delivery as i work the office hours they do and are never open to collect.
I ordered them on Tuesday and STILL they have not arrived. So what i did just in case is print off the receipt showing the card that was used, the stand, seat block, row number and seat number on etc so I can prove I brought them.
Will this be enough to get the tickets re-printed tomorrow at the ground?
MANY thanks all!

Would of thought so mate, they may ask you to pay again but reinburse you when you bring the old tickets back.
This is what they do if you forget your season ticket.

You should be ok, they may ask you to pay for them again and refund the money when you return the duplicates.

thanks for the help but to ask me to pay again is madness! If i have shown that i have brought them its not like i can go again as lets face it stoke wont play brighton again. If i had no money in my account then they would have no choice.
Shocking really lol

Have another look on the receipt, make sure you crossed the box for delivery, if not they maybe holding them at the ticket office.
Longton.

Think about it jp, if they just keep issuing duplicates because fans say they have not received them they would soon be selling half as many! They may not, if you look honest enough!

i recently picked up a previous years season ticket instead of my current one and even tho i had a driving license with me and all the proof i could need i still had purchase the ticket again and return with my season ticket to get a refund. this is there policy and they will not move on there position you will have to purchase them again and then get them refunded.

if you have paid for the tickets and have proof why do you have a problem in paying for them again as you will get your money back? the club has heard every story in the book re tkts so they [rightly] take a hard line. they have too otherwise people would take the piss

Had the same problem waiting for Fulham tickets this season. My dad was calling up a few days before asking where they were and they told him to call back on the day of the match.
Never arrived so he called on match day and they tried to flog him more expensive ones down the phone, saying that if he returns the original ones he'll get his money back for them.
However, the fact that we'd already waited nearly two weeks for them pretty much proved that they were lost or sent to the wrong address. So getting the money back wasn't an option.
He just kicked up a bit of a fuss (postage costs in returning them, shit customer service, already called a few times, etc) and in the end they said that they would reprint them and that we could collect them at the ground.
So, after all that effort we turned up all excited and looking forward to the game. Just our luck that we played shite and lost 0-2.

I had this same problem a while ago, I phoned the ticket office the day before the match, they said if they didn't arrive on match day go to the ground with proof of ID and pick up some reprints from the ticket office. Refuse to pay for another pair mate, why should you have to go to the trouble of going back when the originals turn up to get a refund, its hardly your fault they have not arrived is it?
Why folk just bend over and take rubbish customer service without a protest baffles me sometimes!
