why have they sold nearly 3000 for sheff utd and only 1300 for stoke???the sheffield game is the week after the stoke game. i know its on sky and everything, but you would have thought they would have snapped the stoke tickets up before now, especially how they keep comming on our board and asking why they havent had 4800!
Stoke City (A) Saturday, April 19th, 5.20pm
So far 1,309 tickets have been sold. Now on general sale. Tickets can be purchased online, via the ticket hotline (0871 222 6666) or in person. The club has been allocated 2,800 tickets.
Sheffield United (A) Saturday, April 26th, 3pm
All 2,994 initial allocation tickets have sold out. The club has requested a second allocation but does not expect to receive an answer until early next week (beginning April 14th).

I think they only went on general sale this morning didn't they? And on sale to ST holders on Friday just gone? For only being on sale for all of 3 days, I don't think that's too bad IMHO ???

Is it there last away game of the season perhaps? Totally understandable if it is that they'd take a huge following. Say what you like about Bristol. They've had a fucking brilliant season. No ID and its a big city. I imagine thousands want to make the trip to say "well done". We'd do the same if Cov was last game rather than Colchester.
To be in with a shout of promotion in your first season up is an amazing achievement.

You have answered your own question. Its on Sky. yes i know its on sky,but they kept comming on here asking why they have only had 2800 tickets and not 4800 they also said they would and could bring 6-7000 if thehad the tickets sheff utd is there last away game, but the stoke game is more important and could make or break either clubs ambitions of finishing in the top 2

I think theres still time for them to sell out prob will be more ticket sells now due to starting a new month etc if paid monthly they'll get the tickets now. I don't think because its on sky people won't follow, they will probably wait for wolves to see how they perform as from what o heard from soton the fans didn't like the performance one bit. I think they could take a loss but apprantley was no fight no passion etc

the stoke tickets have been on sale since march 27th,same time as the sheff utd ones Apologies, thought I read somewhere that they didn't go on general sale until today. Still, I don't think it's a bad sales figure all things considered.

i think the people going will be the fans actually wanting to sing with the morons who won't sing but just sit there n moan will rather watch it on the box which is good as it leaves us singers to actually get behind the team
