If the scores remain as they are and Liverpool away tomorrow night. Is no one else even the tinyist, ickleist bit worried ? Of course the season is not over yet, BUT, you fail to mention, we are just 7 points off 6th spot with 2 games in hand over them. We've also got 2 games in hand over Wigan. Am I worried? Not at all. We lost 2 bit part players and cemented deals for Pennant and Carew. We will end up top half this season for the first time in how many years again? Why not enjoy the ride?

we could get relegated, but it would take a monumental fuck up at this stage, and I can't see a Pulis team doing that. If it got tight we'd just grind out 0-0's We're summat like 30/1 to go down. No worries.

its a really weird league this year ,any other year and the clubs for the drop would be adrift already , so dont lets get too precious about style , we need to scrap for points till may

If the scores remain as they are and Liverpool away tomorrow night. Is no one else even the tinyist, ickleist bit worried ? Explain in your own simple way how those four results tonight are not the best possible results we could have hoped for? Even with Liverpool tomorrow night. PS if we win there we could go 7th. Sorry I know positivity not allowed in slasher alley.

Anyway, i don't have him down as a wrist slasher, just a concerned fan, which isn't abnormal.

What a fucking ridiculous thing to say. How on earth is it a "pathetic thread"? It is seemingly taken for granted that relegation is not our concern this year, but in such a tight and unpredictable division and when we're one poor run away from being in real danger, is it not worth bringing up? FFS sometimes it feels as if you have to qualify every thread which even vaguely brings into question any tiny issue about the team with "I'm no PHW" or "I'm in no way criticising Pulis" for fear of being run out of town by the "we're9thFFS" crew. I think we'll be fine, but yes, I am still worried about relegation and I will be until we're well clear of the 40 point mark. This was your 2000th post, I hope you're pleased with it.

We've got every reason be a little bit worried until were mathematically safe! In theory we've weakened our squad and still not solved the massive problem that is Danny Collins! Also not to buy a centre mid capable of holding onto a ball for more than 2 seconds I think we're in a fight
