Right then lads and lasses its time to SUPPORT.
far to often so called Stoke fans of many years have sat on their hands particularly in the Boothen End.
In five games time we wont be able to look back and say god i wish i had helped create a fortress type atmosphere that could have helped us .
If we dont get that ground rocking for the last 3 home games. We should be ashamed .
Forget about it being a two way street and the players have to get us going.
THIS IS OUR BIG CHaNCE TO INFLUENCE OUR SEASON.
Shout, sing ,stamp, do everything in your power to create a atmosphere starting Monday.
BELIEVE AND IT WILL HAPPEN,WE CAN HELP MAKE IT HAPPEN

Totally agree we are so close. People should be excited to go these games they are a pivotal point in our history for the next 5 years! Lets have no more people moaned at for standing or shouting lets make it an intimidtaing place to visit again. Our players work there arses off and we shouldnt have to wait for a good passage of play to make some noise we should be the one driving them on. If it gives them an extra 5% then this might be all it takes!
Come On Boothen Lets have it! ;D

One of the biggest things i think is to really pressure the ref challenge his decisions with uproar, roar every delap throw every corner BIG home atmosphere always turns alot of refs into homers they get intimidated by the fans and end up giving us big decisions!!!!!!!!!!!BELIEVE

I've been saying that about the boothen end for a while. The only problem is with the majority of stoke fans is 'you only sing when you're winning'!
Come in block 11 for non stop singing, having a mental, getting behind the team.
Come on you potters!

They are 'so called' Stoke fans because they attend games but don't feel the need to sing

Not at all
I agree re the atmosphere but don't call supporters 'so called Stoke fans' because they choose not to sing. They show their support by turning up- all this prawn sandwich, blanket brigade stuff is complete crap. Get an atmosphere going with those who choose to do so- don't put yourself above 'so called Stoke fans' because they don't agree and go to watch the game.

What about the 231 deaf mutes who are Stokies? Bit hard on them if some of their fellow fans think they should stay at home. I'd say their money was just as good as anyone else's and they have every right to be there and NOT sing.
In fact I call on all real fans in the Boothen to stay silent in sympathy with them. ;D

Agreed - maybe the club could help this by.....
SWITCHING THAT FUCKING PA OFF - WITH IT'S ATMOSPHERE-KILLING SHITE MUSIC AND CRAP ANNOUNCER. THIS INCLUDES ANY KIND OF CHEESY CRAP RUNNING OUT MUSIC.
THEN MAYBE, JUST MAYBE LIKE THE OLD DAYS, THE ATMOSPHERE COULD START TO BUILD AMONGST THE FANS 20 MINS BEFORE KICK OFF AND AS THE MATCH STARTS.
Remember 'Goooaaaarrn' as kick off happened. At the Vic the PA was not load enough to drown out the noise and people just sang over. At the Brit though it is cranked up so load and churning out such utter bilge that fans are completely beaten into submission by it. When it is eventually switched off right at kick-off, you can hear a pin drop and the atmosphere has to build from nothing. People then wait for something to happen in the game to get them going.
Is it any wonder that the fans go down to the food areas to create a sing-song where they haven't got to compete with that annoying garbage???
SWITCH THE CUNTING THING OFF.

Starkiller, absolutely spot on mate, the PA kills any chance of generating an atmosphere.

It's not just the Boothen, All fans need to get behind the lads for the last 3 home games. Lets roar them on to automatic and get the Brit jumpin, come on Stokies we can do it ;D ;D

Don't notice the PA talking throughout the match? What's the boothen ends excuse for the 90 minutes then?
Boothen end = 'sing when you're winning'.

i reckon its been said before, the fans who sing/chant are spread to thinly, there are pockets of us throughout each block and it does not help. when we are all together at away games it is much more intense and definitely a better atmosphere.
the boothen is a mix of men, women, children, old uns, chavs, prawn sandwich and blanket brigade and probably the odd gayer, this is not a recipe for the kind of atmosphere you are all asking to be created.

all those that go in the boothen who go away should get together behind the goal and we could all sing together,at the same time, and the same song ;D

Thanks...I'm ever so glad that i'm a 'so-called stoke fan' for sitting/standing in the Boothen End for all of my Stoke supporting years.
I feel honoured to have reached such a status of a 'so-called Stoke fan'...despite being to hundreds of games.
Why are you not in the Boothen leading the band on then if you feel so strongly about it?! ;D
p.s. I do 'BELIEVE'

Ultimately the Boothen needs to be 'pay on the gate' and unreserved.
