From what the ticket office manager said Dave he'd get in on the next level (6-9 games) and it appears there would be some left at that stage.

I imagine there will be a few instances like this that will have to be dealt with on an individual basis. Given the circumstances the club have done the best they could but in future I think they need to take details of all ID cards used to purchase tickets and not just the card of the person paying. To be fair to the club it's not an issue we've had to worry about anywhere else really this season, it's just a pity our last away game is at such a small ground.

Seems fair, however I know a lot of people where one member buys one week, the next the week next etc. Not sure if that tots up to 10 for some people.

I'm a bit like that but I've kept all my ticket stubs with me so I'm hoping on showing them (11 before Sheff Wed) I'll be able to get a ticket.

According to the site I have 5 games that I've paid for in person. I have however been to 10 but the other 5 have been paid for by 3 other lads who have only been to a handfull of away games between them.
I have just seen I have the 5 stubs that are not on the system! On the phone to the ticket office now! My position in the queue is.......5! Please let them accept stubs!

Absolute bl--dy disgrace Stoke!
I have been to one, yes ONE, away game this season and it looks like they are penalising me as a result.
This is total blatant discrimination against glory hunting supporters and further alienates those of us who like to support our team in the most crucial matches only.
I want my money back for the abandoned FA cup match V Oldham in 19 eighty whenever now. Oh dam I can't pull that one as I didn't go!

I dont understand how it matters who pays for the ticket. Dont the ticket office people ask for the unique numbers off the ID card for each ticket sold?. They should know how many games averyone has been to unless that is you went on the guest list.

We go to 99% of away games and i always pick up the tickets as i don't work on Friday afternoons.
They only ever swipe just my away card regardless of how many tickets i buy.
For that reason, i think the system is as fair as the club could possibly get it. I should be able to get 4 or 5 with my purchase history.

Whenever I have ordered by phone for more than one away game ticket they wanted an id numbers for each ticket. They must be more relaxed about it when you go down in person.

Looking dodgy mate, the list of season ticket holders who have been to sufficient away games will mean it will be a miracle if any go on general sale.
